Priority for admission to St. Catherine Labouré School is given to registered parishioners by date of registration.
A child who is five years of age by July 31 may be admitted to Kindergarten at St. Catherine Labouré. A child who is six years of age by July 31 may be admitted to first grade.
The application process is a simple one.

Those seeking admission bring to the main office birth and baptismal certificates and the social security number of the child (ren) to be enrolled. |

The parents/legal guardian is given a registration packet including informational and emergency sheets to be completed. Upon completion this packet is submitted to the office with the non-refundable registration fee. |

The parents sign the official release of records from the transferring school. Official academic, health and immunization records are to be sent directly to St. Catherine Labouré School. |
Also required are academic readiness testing for Kindergarten, and a physical exam for grades K, 3, and 6 and any new student. Final acceptance is based on completed paperwork, fee payment, and the fact that there are not any outstanding monies due the prior school of attendance.
ADMISSION POLICY (PARISH SCHOOL)
Admission of students to St. Catherine Laboure School is open to any student requesting a Catholic education, regardless of race, color, national or ethnic origins. Due to limited classroom space, the admission policy follows the norms set by the Archdiocesan Board of Education; the St. Catherine Labouré School Board of Education in consultation with the Pastor, has the right to make appropriate provisions to fit the needs of our school.
No student, once admitted, shall be refused the right to re-register on the basis of the priority system.

In addition, any new family and new student(s) coming into Grade 1 through 8 at St. Catherine Laboure will be interviewed by the Principal before being accepted and given a place in a current classroom.

Priority is determined by the date of family registration within St. Catherine Laboure Parish. Non-parishioner and non-catholic applications are dated. Only a parent or legal guardian may register their child.
